I offer a few different approaches when scheduling your first session.

What is the difference between an intake appointment and a regular session?

Intake appointments are meant to review consent forms, gather information, and identify our therapeutic goals. After your intake, if you decide you would like to continue with therapy, you may then book regular sessions

I also offer 15 minute consultation appointments if you would like to ask more questions before moving forward
